Who is ED? Like most people with eating disorders, ED is my eating disorder. He is A BIG, FAT PIG.

ED does not look like a person. He looks like a pig. ED either tells me I need to eat all the time or starve myself. There is no in between. ED is sneaky and is a jerk but I can’t get rid of his cute, stuffed animal like persona. You see, he has been with me since I was 16, so it is like getting rid of your favorite childhood toy. He is old and dirty, but you can’t get rid of it. My eating disorder has been with me for almost 30 years and it is hard to say goodbye so fast. This year I finally went to treatment and I have decided to Kick ED’s Butt!!!!!
