ED is wrong. Your size doesn’t make you beautiful.

ED, once again, is wrong and a liar. He thinks that a person‘s size is what makes them beautiful. ED is constantly telling people
with eating disorders that they won’t be beautiful until they lose weight. Then you lose weight and ED wants you to lose more weight because you are not thin and beautiful enough. I am learning that is not true. I believe my beauty is reflected in how I love and care for others. ED for years has told me that I had to be thin to be beautiful, which led to my eating disorders. ED tells many people that there size makes a difference. It does not. Everyone is beautiful no matter what size they are. A person‘s heart, creativity, love, and many other positive qualities play a role in beauty. ED doesn’t want you to help others. He wants you to be selfish. He wants you to focus on your eating disorder, the scale, food, exercise, etc...I challenge you to say something that makes you beautiful everyday and that will Kick ED’s Butt.🐷
You need to have a balance of taking care of others and yourself. It’s ok to be selfish and take care of ourselves. We deserve it.
Yeah. Never thought of it that way but I guess ED does want me to be selfish since the darn eating disorder takes over everything and leaves no room for other things, especially giving to others. It is all consuming when tied up with ED. Sad.
