ED and Valentines

ED loves Valentine‘s Day. ED lies and tells you he loves you and he is your best friend. “Nobody loves you like I do”, says ED. ED tells you that you won‘t be loved until you are a specific weight and size. When you get that size, he says you need to be smaller and the cycle continues. I want to tell you that ED is a liar. You are loved no matter your size. ED is not your best friend. He wants to hurt you. You are special who you are. I am learning that we need to keep telling ED that his lies are not true.
