ED and Fear Are Both Liars

One of my favorite songs is called “Fear is a Liar” by Christian artist Zach Williams. Every time the song mentions fear or he you could replace it with the word ED and it means the same thing to me.

This song, in my interpretation, represents what ED is. ED lies to you and makes feel tired and hopeless. However, you can get out of it. In the case of this song, Jesus helps cast away the fear but it can be anything that you believe. It takes many things to beat ED and fear. In my case it was going to treatment, using my supports, constantly learning about myself, and continuing to Kick ED’s Butt.🐷
